Capital Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Alliance of Madison supports families of children with cancer who live and are treated in our region.

We serve kids and teens currently on treatment for cancer by providing informational materials and comfort items at diagnosis, hosting a monthly support group, offering transportation assistance and our popular Hero Bead program, and awarding limited emergency financial support (groceries, utilities, car repairs, rent) for families in need. We also advocate for and raise awareness of the needs of survivors of childhood cancer, who can face a lifetime of medical and educational challenges following aggressive treatment.

4th Annual Suzy's Run/Walk

Sunday, September 5 at Keva Sports, Middleton, WI

5K/10K Run and 2 Mile Walk

Create your team and run or walk to support local families of kids with cancer! Great prizes for collecting pledges! Honorary Chair Suzy Favor Hamilton hosts this wonderful race and awareness walk to honor and celebrate the lives and courage of kids fighting cancer.
